Baby Fun Day!

Comments

Today my mom came into town to help me work on the nursery. Well…Babies R Us was our first stop and just look what I found:

New Bedding!

Yes, I had already picked out some (also really cute) girlie pink polka dot and swirls bedding, but that is because I had never seen this new bedding set before! Not only is it super cute – real nursery pictures coming soon – but I love the sage green color in it, and since our daughter is going to be named Sage, I thought it was very appropriate. Anyway, my mom and I impulse bought it (along with plenty of other things) and came home promptly to put it all together. After a full day of Baby Fun the nursery is much more nursery looking that it was 24 hours ago. Thank you Mom for being so creative and helping me so much!

If you don’t know this about me, I am a huge Third Day fan.  I go to at least 1 concert a year, but more depending on their touring schedule.  Last Saturday Amy and I went to go see them, and, well, from where we ended up you could argue that we didn’t see them at all.

\"From a stand far far away\"

We got there late and all the “standing room” was taken, so we had to go to the cheap seats.

Third Day has a new album coming out July 29th (which just happens to be around my birthday hint hint) called “Revelation“.  Head on over to Third Day’s Myspace page to listen to their new single “Call My Name.”

If you haven’t seen this, you need to check out the 20 Worst Food in America.

Don’t judge me when you read this, but I have personally eaten 7 out of the 20 worst foods.  Granted, I didn’t eat the appetizer all by myself, but hey, 7 out of 20 isn’t bad.  What about you?

8 out of the 20 worst foods are part of the Brinker Chain’s (Chili’s, On the Boarder, Macaroni’s Grill)

And what was the #1 worst food in America you ask?  Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing

This weapon of mass construction is the caloric equivalent of eating 14 Krispy Kreme doughnuts, before your dinner arrives. Even if you split this “starter” with 3 friends, you’ll have downed a meal’s worth of calories.”
